| 1 No Racism, Threats, Personal Attacks, Victimisation or Hateful posts / Retaliation of any kind against a user, or group of users.; If you are a long standing member, we ask you lead by example and assist newer users.; We look upon our veteran users to use this opportunity to teach the newer users the appropriate way to conduct themselves in this community.; New users whose first posts are to attack others, will not be around for long. | 2 Flaming, instigating flame bait, verbal abuse or mocking of members in forum posts is not tolerated.; Members that reply to posts simply to instigate argument will be appropriately dealt with.; If admin/moderators feel a post is flame bait, vebal abuse they have to right to delete the post from the board or edit the post.; Don't post material which is knowingly false or defamatory, or violates a person's privacy.; Do not name names in your posts if you have a complaint against someone. | 3 Ignore people who get up your nose.; A forum is a community with people of all ages and backgrounds.; If you stick around long enough, sooner or later you are going to encounter people who annoy you for one reason or another.; Rise above it and make use of the ignore facility on the board to ignore posts by that member. | 4 Showpugs requires that members respect the decision of moderators.; Threads and posts questioning the actions or decisions of forum moderations will be deleted on sight,; and the appropriate action taken /up to and including forum bans/ against the thread starter and/or participants.; However, as a member you reserve the right to PM or email the administrator regarding action taken against you. | 5 Only one account per person is permitted. If you are found to be posting under two accounts the accounts will be banned.; No private emails or private messages are to be posted to the board. If this is done the account will be banned. Back to top |

| 8 Warning System ; This forum has a warning system in place.; If you fail to observe any of the above guidelines, you may be issued with an official warning at the discretion of the moderators.; If you accumulate 3 warnings, you will automatically be suspended from the board for a period of 30 days.; (If the 3 warnings have been accumulated within a period of 30 days however, you will be banned from the board.); If you are suspended, the warning count will be reset to 0 again. Warnings have a life span of 6 months and will be removed after that period.; You are free to send a PM to Site Admin to question any warnings given, but unless you have an extremely good reason, just accept it.; You may have had a bad day or felt you were being attacked but you have 2 more chances most times to improve your behaviour so we can't be fairer than that.; (If you do feel like you are being attacked, report the post and let us deal with it. It wouldn't be nice for you to receive a warning because of them. Back to top |
